Provide comprehensive administrative support to global talent management programs, HR leadership, and HR project teams, ensuring the seamless coordination of activities and communication
Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams, ensuring that relevant information is communicated effectively and that stakeholder needs are promptly addressed
Assist with the development of HR-related communications and presentations of various HR projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact
Coordinate and support HR events, workshops, and programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution
Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes for HR-related initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and enhanced employee experience
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business-related field
2+ years experience in executive administration and/or project coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work with all levels of an organization
