What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to global talent management programs, HR leadership, and HR project teams, ensuring the seamless coordination of activities and communication
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams, ensuring that relevant information is communicated effectively and that stakeholder needs are promptly addressed
  • Assist with the development of HR-related communications and presentations of various HR projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact
  • Coordinate and support HR events, workshops, and programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes for HR-related initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and enhanced employee experience
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business-related field
  • 2+ years experience in executive administration and/or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work with all levels of an organization
  • Highly adaptable, with a proactive mindset
