What you’ll do:
As a UX Design Specialist, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary design team that includes interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Work with other User Experience Designers and User Researchers covering the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, concepts designs leading to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and validating designs with customers/ end users.
Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences for SAP Cloud ERP products.
Act as an advocate of the end users.
Have a passion for problem solving and will always push for better, faster, simpler, more engaging solutions to complex business processes and technical challenges.
Pay close attention to emerging trends in technology landscape and explore every opportunity to push the boundaries to strive for innovation, while ensuring a harmonized experience for end users.
Be self-motivated and believe in teamwork and cross collaboration.
Mentor junior colleagues on various aspects of design

What you bring:

7 -10 years of experience in designing user experiences for software applications.
Degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Master’s) in Design from a reputed design institute preferred.
Background in web and application design.
Experience in user experience projects covering various stages of design life cycle from user-research through application design, culminating in design validation.

Experience designing business solutions with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, is a plus.
Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools, like Figma and Adobe Suite.
Keen eye for detail, critical thinking and an open mind to receive and provide feedback.
