• Collaborate with development teams to create high-quality product documentation, tutorials, UI labels, API content, and community resources.
• Research and understand target users, working closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create solutions tailored to their needs.
• Structure and optimize content for specific audiences, including designing interaction flows and improving response patterns for the AI assistant, Joule.
• Analyze AI bot interaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable recommendations.
• Advocate for a user-centered, data-driven culture within the team.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across channels, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Design, UX Design, Communications, or Technical Writing.
• Proven experience in UX, user research, and creating content deliverables.
• Ability to communicate complex technical content to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with agile development practices; experience with AI bot content or chatbot systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
