What you`ll do:

We regularly collaborate with customers and colleagues in international arrangements. As a User Experience Design Specialist in our team, you will:

• Create interaction designs and visual design specifications based on our award-winning SAP design system
• Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes for a harmonized user experience and across product teams
• Engage in user research and usability testing sessions to better understand the user needs as basis for your user-centered designs
• Work closely with Product Managers, Development Managers, Developers, and User Assistance to deliver delightful, easy to use and accessible user experiences that our customers will love
• Contribute to the SAP design system

What you bring:

• You are a graduate or young professional with a degree (bachelor/master) in interaction design, media- or industrial design, human-computer interaction or comparable fields
• You have around 2 years of experience as a UX designer in software development.
• You have advanced skills in interaction design, and create workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups with tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Balsamiq
• You have good communication skills in English and German (both spoken and written), and a collaborative attitude
