Expectations and Tasks

- You are a strong interaction designer with empathy for the end user

- You lead the application design work in S/4HANA Finance and guide designers of your area

- You build up strong relationship with PM and Engineering in your area

- You contribute to the product strategy of your product area in partnership with Product management

- You keep overview on UX activities in your area

What you bring

- Degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction or comparable fields is required
- 6+ years of experience in Interaction Design
- you bring a proven track of successful design projects where UX worked closely together with PM and engineering
- Experience in designing business applications in the area of Finance is a must
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be a solid team player in international teams
