Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Deep understanding of Performance Management
Compensation and performance bonus budgeting and execution
Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.
Knowledge of payroll and payroll-related compliances
Strong communication and analytical skills
Advanced Excel knowledge

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Graduate / MBA

Min 5 years of experience of managing back-end compensation work for HC of 30K to 40K
