Your key responsibilities

• IFRS – US GAAP Conversion Services
• Finance Function Efficiency Improvement Project
• Management Reporting
• Budgeting and Modelling
• Quality Close & Hard Close Services
• Working Capital Improvement Projects
• Financial Architecture of ERP implementations such as Oracle and SAP
• Cost Accounting Design
• Predeal – post deal finance integration
• New accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and 16, IAS 29
• Finance Process Improvements
• Forecasted cash flow
• Zero Base Budgeting
• IPO Support
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of financial accounting advisory engagements
• Work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team leader on progress
• Manage in delivering accounting advisory projects, preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Making technical contribution to accounting advisory client engagements

What We Look For

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in related areas, preferably in advisory, with project / team management experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English
• Experience in Consulting services is an asset
• Big4 experience is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Financial statement close process and process control documentation knowledge
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, KGK, SPK) is an asset
• Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements
• No travel restrictions including abroad (Europe and Middle East)
