Your key responsibilities

• Our CFO Advisory team provides advisory services to our client's financial management functions.

• IFRS – US GAAP Conversion Services, Finance Function Efficiency Improvement Project, Management Reporting, Working Capital Improvement Projects, Budgeting and Modelling, Financial Architecture of ERP implementations such as Oracle and SAP, Cost Accounting Design, Predeal – post deal finance integration, New accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and 16, Finance Process Improvements, Forecasted cash flow, Zero Base Budgeting, IPO Support, Quality Close & Hard Close Services

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of financial accounting advisory engagements

• Application of accounting standards research, accounting framework compilation, comparison of accounting practices in different companies, development, and provision of tailored trainings,

• Assessment of finance function and development of solutions tailored to client needs, optimization of financial processes, improvement of quality of financial reporting and other

• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress

• Assist in delivering accounting advisory projects, preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to external clients and other parties

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

• Making technical contribution to accounting advisory client engagements and projects

What we look for

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Audit and/or Accounting Advisory projects focused on production and service industries (Non-FSI)

• Experience in Big 4 audit companies is an asset

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP

• Solid understanding of Financial statement close process

• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications

• Professional accountancy qualification is an asset (SMMM, CPA, SPK)

• Demonstrate expertise across engagement and practice teams

• Take personal responsibility for the quality of delivery

• Highly adaptable and open to change

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
