Hybrid Roles:

You're Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
• Fulfill with the system of internal controls in the financial area, as well as adequate compliance with international SOX requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of DTPs/SOPs.
• Involvement in several projects simultaneously, including processes improvements, processes migrations, cross-training, systems testing.
• Any other department-related activity (low-medium complexity).
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional internal stakeholders such as Clinical, IT to resolve multiple issues which can be complex in nature.
• Other duties / ad hoc requests as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field).
• English level: 80% or above.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Other languages a plus.
• Experience in processing migrations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have customer relationship skills with strong service orientation.
• Experience working in a shared service environment is a plus.
• Holds self-accountability to performance metric culture building performance excellence.
• Strong integrity.
