Graphic Design & Branding

The SAP Experience Garage team is hiring a working student to assist with the following tasks and special projects:

  • Support Go-to-Market Activities: Create visual communication materials for our platform, newsletters, blog posts, media articles, social media posts, presentations, videos, events, and more.
  • Branding: Understand and apply SAP Brand Guidelines, Corporate Identity, and Accessibility Standards to various communication materials. Establish a memorable brand for "SAP Experience Garage."
  • Design Guidelines: Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines for the team, ensuring consistent use of components and patterns.
  • Collaboration: Present designs, gather feedback, and incorporate changes accordingly. Collaborate closely with our entire team both onsite and remotely.
  • Organization and Administrative Support: Manage and organize the team's document library. Provide general administrative support to the team and carry out various tasks as assigned.
  • Interactive Presentations: Develop interactive presentations and visually design business content and information through infographics, charts, and illustrations.
  • Animation and Video Production: Animate videos and GIFs, produce short videos and demos from our platform, and assist with immersive studio projects, interviews, and other multimedia content.

What You Bring

  • Educational Background:
    • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
    • Preferred majors: graphic design, communication design, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience :
    • Previous experience in marketing, media design departments, or related fields.
    • Experience in Visual or Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Service or Industrial Design, Digital Design Engineering, Audio Visual Design, Multimedia Design, or Digital Design and Development.
    • Interest in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Branding, Project Management, Innovation.

Technical Proficiency

  • Software Skills:
    • Strong MS Office knowledge and experience.
    • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator.
    • Knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a plus.
    • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software tools and products.

Language & Communication Skills

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fully professional in English and at least B1/B2 level in German.
    • Strong communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.

Other Requirements

  • Location & Flexibility:
    • Our team is located in Walldorf, where we host regional community meetings and have our video production studio.
    • Flexibility to work with a global team in various time zones.
    • Availability to work 3-4 days / 20 hours a week for at least 6 months.
    • Required to come to the Walldorf office at least 3-4 times a month.
    • Relocation is not possible/provided.
