What You’ll Do
The SAP Experience Garage team is hiring a working student to assist with the following tasks and special projects:
- Mission Clean Up Prep: Prepare, organize, and optimize the content and structure of missions to ensure they remain engaging, relevant, and impactful. Continuously review and refine missions based on feedback and participation data.
- Community Call Prep: Create PowerPoint presentations, schedule meetings, and send out requests for community calls.
- Teams Posts & Mission Monday Planning: Formulate engaging posts for our Teams channel and plan monthly mssion activities.
- Mission Advertisement in Channels: Promote missions across various communication channels to maximize participation and engagement.
- Mission Review: Conduct thorough reviews of completed missions and provide feedback to improve future activities.
- Community SharePoint Maintenance: Keep our Community SharePoint page up to date with the latest information and resources.
- Event Assistance and Preparation: Assist with the organization, coordination, and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external events such as regional Meetups and Hackathons. Prepare for and present in event calls, draft and review presentations, marketing material, and communications.
- Project Management: Manage small and medium projects, support day-to-day operations and administration.
- Performance Measurement: Help measure goals and metrics within the SAP Experience Garage, document, summarize, and present the results in well-designed formats.
What You Bring
- Educational Background:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred majors: communications, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in community management, event planning, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in creating engaging content and managing social media channels.
- Interest in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Branding, Project Management, Innovation.
Technical Proficiency
- Software Skills:
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience with Teams and SharePoint is a plus.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software tools and products.
Language & Communication Skills
- Language Proficiency:
- Fully professional in English and at least B1/B2 level in German.
- Strong communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.

Other Requirements
- Location & Flexibility:
- Our team is located in Walldorf, where we host regional community meetings and have our video production studio.
- Flexibility to work with a global team in various time zones.
- Availability to work 3-4 days / 20 hours a week for at least 6 months.
- Required to come to the Walldorf office at least 3-4 times a month.
- Relocation is not possible/provided.
