Engineering Capture Manager You will report directly to our Head of Engineering and you will work out of our Edinburgh location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the capture of new engineering projects and opportunities
• Develop and execute capture strategies to win new business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the capture process
• Drive the growth of our Aerospace and Defense customer base

YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Line management experience
• Good commercial acumen
• An understanding of defense RF products
• Experience in a customer-facing role
WE VALUE • Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc.
• Experience in capturing engineering projects in the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
