Tech Center Part Time Analyst Job Description
The Tech Center Part time Analyst will engage in a variety of activities supporting the Global and local Tech Center Managers including technical program planning and execution, metric reporting, data analytics, process improvement and communications. The employee will interact and collaborate regularly with the Tech Center Managers and Tech Center Senior Leadership.
Major Responsibilities
- Actively participate in ideation, creation, planning and coordination of various Tech Center programs and events in collaboration with the Tech Center Managers and work stream leads.
- Gather, collate and analyze Tech Center program metrics on an ongoing basis, recommending actions to drive programming changes or adjustments to accelerate transformation and achievement of goals.
- Work on internal process improvement initiatives such as metrics reporting, governance, event management tools, and budgeting.
- Support development of local and global internal communication initiatives—including town halls, site visits, leader and manager communications, employee messages, newsletters, intranet, and all other internal-facing communications.
- Provide planning and execution support to the Tech Center Management and on various center community and communications programs.
- Devise automated methods for various manual processes and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on teams, across lines of business and with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.Opportunity to leverage other technology platforms to aid in automation.
- Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management Information Systems.
