- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 5 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading and landing multi-month initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree or a related field.
- Experience building persuasive/data-driven business cases.
- Ability to influence counterparts in Product, Business, Marketing and Operations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders (e.g., Director) and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
