Essential Responsibilities:
- Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
- Advises immediate management on project-level issues
- Guides junior engineers
- Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
- Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design and discussions with local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and full-stack technical capabilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain critical full-stack systems (both internal and client-facing), including user interfaces, business logic layers, data storage solutions, and reusable front-end/back-end frameworks.
- Own the entire software development lifecyclefrom conceptualization to deploymentwith a focus on seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, enforce code quality standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UED designers, end users, and framework teams to deliver holistic solutions that balance user experience, performance, and scalability.
- Drive automation and efficiency across the development pipeline through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional and global engineering teams to align on technical standards, resolve integration challenges, and scale solutions worldwide.
