JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior IT Analyst You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations and driving innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into IT solutions. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrate TMS solutions with ERP applications, including SAP and Oracle.
  • Lead the development and deployment of transportation management solutions.
  • Conduct discussions with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of TMS solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TMS and ERP integration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve TMS solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE • 5+ years of experience in IT analysis or related field, with a focus on transportation management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and technologies
• Problem-solving skills
