PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The PCP organization provides maintenance, development support and continuous improvement for all standard releases in general availability.

You will contribute to the maintenance and development tasks of products included in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Among other things, this includes:

• Ability to perform a detailed analysis of customer requests and incidents and produce solutions for complex problems and situations.
• Using your technical skills and functional knowledge to participate in coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance of new features while ensuring high quality and security in your area of responsibility.
• Continually enhance your skills and seek new areas for personal development.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
• Customer focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Recommended:

• Experience with ABAP, Java, Java Script
• Basic understanding of SAP products and technologies, such as SAP ERP, SAP HANA, Fiori
• General interest or knowledge about ERP Finance, accounting basics.
