End-to-end test development of data center switching products; Develop test automation script using Python.
Support EMS partners and product-related testing issues; Collaborate with product team to implement and implement test strategies, test plans, and test processes.
Generate product-specific test plans and drive test coverage based on product requirements; Design, build, and deploy test platforms for Cisco's global manufacturing partner.
Analyze, approach, and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes; Drive issues to closure with preventive measures; Drive test-related improvement and optimization.
Specify, develop, and/or procure test equipment, test fixtures, and test solutions; Define debug processes for test engineers in manufacturing sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a BSEE or BSCE, or similar experience working in the electronics manufacturing industry or any other automated testing of hardware or software field. English language proficiency.
5+ years of test engineering experience with an understanding of standard Design for Test (DFT) techniques and a basic understanding of Cisco or industry-standard tests.
Strong Python programming knowledge.
Familiar with version control and continuous integration software tools (Github and Jenkins).
Manufacturing and hardware test experience; Ability to debug, analyze, and, root cause manufacturing yield and test issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Data networking experience; Confirmed statistical analysis knowledge;
Ability to multi-task and solve sophisticated problems.
