Support EMS partners to resolve product-related including both test and hardware related issues.
Collaborate with the product team to develop and implement test strategies, plans, repair guidelines and processes.
Analyze and address manufacturing yield issues and field escapes; implement preventive measures and drive test/hardware related improvements and optimizations.
On-site support at manufacturing facilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
Relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably with EMS or Telecommunications OEM vendors.
4+ years of test engineering experience, with knowledge of standard Design for Test (DFT) techniques and basic understanding of Cisco or industry-standard tests.
Experience in manufacturing and hardware testing, with the ability to debug, analyze, and identify root causes of manufacturing yield and test/hardware issues.
Proficiency in OOP (Python, C++, Java, etc.) scripting and statistical data analysis.
