Key job responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the Operational Excellence framework to share existing best practices and innovate for a continuous improvement approach.
2. Stablish and extend the communications mechanisms to communicate with TAMs, and other industry focus units within AWS.
3. Share Industry Trends from a business and technological perspective to all TAMs in the industry
4. Lead the organization and execution of Industry Events encouraging customers networking and better AWS services adoption.
8. Utilize technical skills to investigate highly complex and ambiguous technical challenges and escalations.
11. Exhibit Thought Leadership in the industry by creating and sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public speaking events such as AWS Summit and AWS re-Invent.

- 10+ years design/implementation/operation of large-scale, enterprise applications with an emphasis in Telecom
- Experience in building Telecom Cloud 5GC, O-RAN, vIMS, vEPC, SDN/NFV solutions
- 10+ years of work deployment experience in core infrastructure technologies including compute, storage, networking, databases, security, and management as well as Telecom knowledge / artifact creation and applications
- Experience with cloud solutions, virtual platforms, software development experience, and operational management practices and frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience developing or operating enterprise application architectures to meet business requirements in complex environments
- Skilled in Openstack, Kubernetes, CI/CD, E2E Core Network Design, Edge Computing, Multi-Cloud, On-Prem/Public Cloud, O-RAN, Packet Core (EPC/vEPC), IMS, Routing & Switching, Service Mesh
- Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems and networking connectivity
- Written communication skills including publicly available white papers or other documents
- Oral presentation skills including delivery to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
