Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in Sales Programs, Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, or Project/Program Management roles.
- Experience managing global or regional-scale initiatives within Cloud, SaaS, or B2B Tech.
- Experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience building, executing, and optimizing marketing and demand generation calendars.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), analytics tools (Looker, Tableau), and project management software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in APAC regional, with an understanding of regional market nuances.
- Ability to translate global strategies into regionally executable plans, ensuring alignment with sales motions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust quickly across functional teams.
