Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:

You are responsible for processing terminations against the correctly affected orders listed in Cloud Reporting. You are responsible for verifying the details of these orders to verify that they match the details of a termination request. You are responsible for determining whether a request required additional approvals.

You are responsible for communicating with the original requestor if details are missing from their request. On any given day, you will be responsible for working with IT, O2I, CRE’s, and the Centralized Deal Support Teams.

You are responsible for creating your own IT & O2i tickets in order to fix any internal errors or system errors.Follow established processes and checklists while providing insights and feedback for improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• Highly knowledgeable in SAP CRM & Harmony Quote functionality (Opportunity level);
• Knowledgeable in reviewing SAP Contracts and how to access via the Contract Management System;
• Communicate with order management to ensure appropriate action is taken for a reinstatement;
• Knowledgeable in regional specific process requirements;
• Able to communicate with various approval steps including CFO and CSS leadership.

Experience & Educational Requirements

• Experience in a customer service, sales, account management or equivalent role;
• Proven ability to influence and build rapport and relationships;
• Ability to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems (ie. CRM, Harmony Quote, Cloud Reporting, Contract Management System, etc.);
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented;
• Communicate clearly both orally and in written form;
• English is needed, Spanish is a plus!

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent comparable experience.
