Key job responsibilities- Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets/accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities within the SAP domain.
- Set and achieve long-term growth goals for ASEAN, meeting or exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven KPIs.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- 5+ experience in selling SAP solutions in ASEAN at SAP or in a SAP Partner, with strong network of existing relationships with SAP teams across ASEAN.
