As the Partner Development Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS' services and solutions within the portfolio of partners and solution providers.Other responsibilities include:
- Have a broad based understanding of cloud technologies;- Develop a group of committed partners including a plan to recruit, on-board, educate and measure them in country and in the region;- Put in place plans and execute upon, partner originated pipeline;- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group;- Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of the market strategy.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
