Execute overall strategy for the Account Operations organization in-line with the global adidas strategy.

Manage customer’s orderbook (order to invoice) and drive the efforts cross-functionally to deliver accurately on-time & in-full.
Secure order entry has been executed from the relevant teams and tools with 100% accuracy & within the defined timelines and rules. Execute order amendments in system if needed.
Monitor delays, highly focusing on launches availability and execution, in line with Marketing activation plans.
Manage customers Claims & Returns. Ensure reliability and responsiveness to customer requests and complaints to enhance Customer Satisfaction.
