Work closely with different stakeholders (Quality, EHS, Compliance, HR, Legal, Finance, Controllership) following the work plan together with quarterly objectives.
Take care of all the administrative aspects related to supplier qualification, supplier contract’s and PO management
Solve issues through immediate actions or short-term planning.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take care of all administrative tasks, from the PO/contract creation to Invoice’s acceptance, related to supplier purchased order and contract ;
  • Contribute to Subcontracting cost commitment and estimate;
  • Contribute to supplier qualification in compliance with GE Policies
  • Collaborate with Service Site Ldrs and Area Service Manager in order to ensure cost control and deal profitability.
  • Knowledge and understanding of GEHC Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions.

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering or Economics or consolidate experience in the administrative role;
  • Ability to interact with different stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Structured approach, able to prioritize tasks
  • Problem solver, willing to find solutions proactively
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
