Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize agile, lean, and user-centered design methods to develop, implement, and maintain digital health solutions.
- Serve as a product manager, working closely with product managers, software engineers, and designers in dedicated, co-located teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote modern software and product development practices, driving organizational transformation.
- Lead project kickoffs, discovery phases, and exploratory activities with designers and other stakeholders.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish measurable objectives, prioritize development tasks, and oversee product releases based on user and business feedback.
- Maintain close collaboration between designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Adjust product direction based on data, customer, and stakeholder feedback.
- Facilitate team meetings, stakeholder interviews, and regular product updates through communication channels like weekly demos.
- Ensure new product releases are timely and aligned with business needs.
- Foster a sustainable team pace and a positive team culture.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, legal, security, and privacy teams to deliver compliant software in an agile manner.
- Serve as a mentor to other managers and promote cross-divisional collaboration.
- Build trust with stakeholders, supporting the transition to agile best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital health, consumer wellness technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Manage project status and communication across teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience driving change and improving processes in a marketing and/or commercial sales environment.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and technology tools, including MS Office, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Experience in commercial finance within the healthcare, medical device, or similarly regulated industries.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous or current Boston Scientific experience.
