Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
o OR equivalent experience.
- Certification or training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, Kotter, or Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) or equivalent experience.
- Experience working independently, proactively, and creatively, with a sense of initiative and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time or more, depending on the project needs and location.
- Hands-on experience in driving change adoption in complex matrix environments, involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, and functions.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence change at all levels of the organization, and overcome resistance and barriers.
- Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, working across diverse stakeholders to build partnerships, define benchmarks and execute initiatives.
- Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to Management level audiences.
- Highly self-directed and self-driven strategic thinker, with collaboration skills and a track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strategic thinking and ability to learn, understand and connect complex business models.
- Skills in translating business needs and user feedback into clear and actionable plans, deliverables, and timelines.
