Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

    o OR equivalent experience.

  • Certification or training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, Kotter, or Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working independently, proactively, and creatively, with a sense of initiative and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time or more, depending on the project needs and location.
  • Hands-on experience in driving change adoption in complex matrix environments, involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, and functions.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence change at all levels of the organization, and overcome resistance and barriers.
  • Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, working across diverse stakeholders to build partnerships, define benchmarks and execute initiatives.
  • Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to Management level audiences.
  • Highly self-directed and self-driven strategic thinker, with collaboration skills and a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to learn, understand and connect complex business models.
  • Skills in translating business needs and user feedback into clear and actionable plans, deliverables, and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the change management strategy and plan for assigned initiatives, based on the assessment of the change impact, readiness, and risks.
  • Lead and coordinate the change management activities, such as stakeholder analysis, audience engagement and reinforcement.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the change management interventions, and adjust the plan as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor and change champion.
  • Facilitate and support the change network, including change agents, sponsors, and advocates, and ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to other change management resources and project team members, and promote the adoption of change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the change management function and capability.
