As a Cognyter you will:
- Responsible for providing IT technical support and assistance.
- Interacts with internal customers by phone/mail/teams or in-person to resolve their IT issues related to software and hardware to help them get back up and running smoothly again.
- Support application level 1
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Testing new technology
