As a Cognyter you will:

• Responsible for providing IT technical support and assistance.
• Interacts with internal customers by phone/mail/teams or in-person to resolve their IT issues related to software and hardware to help them get back up and running smoothly again.
• Support application level 1
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Testing new technology

For that mission you’ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Technical customer care experience
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate
• An advantage: Excel, PowerShell
