Key Responsibilities
- Manage Azure AD Services in line with security guidelines.
- Manage and Maintain Azure AD Identity and Access , including Azure AD SSO.
- Develop and implement best practices for Azure Active Directory .
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure Active Directory .
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and support Citrix VDI environment , including Windows OS and Ubuntu.
- Develop and maintain documentation when required.
- Develop support guidelines and processes that improve support resolution time and increase efficiency through automation and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience : 5 - 8 years as a System Administrator focused on Windows OS and Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills :
- Excellent knowledge of Exchange Online , Azure AD Services , Azure AD SSO , and MS Intune .
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Core Services : Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS.
- Experience with scripting and automation in PowerShell .
- Good knowledge of Monitoring tools : SCOM, PagerDuty (advantage).
- Good knowledge of PKI (big advantage).
- Very good experience with Exchange on-premises & Exchange Online .
- Knowledge of Citrix VDI (advantage).
- Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving skills: troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution determination.
- Ability to be a team player; flexible, friendly, congenial, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- High level of responsibility and willingness to do whatever it takes to complete assignments on time with quality.
