Key Responsibilities
- Managing distributed virtual, physical environment and day to day tasks.
- Hardware deployment and maintenance
- Support of Hardware and Software Issue.
- Maintenance and Support of critical services, storage systems and physical servers.
- Monitoring critical services, On-call duty.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as System Administrator or related IT role
- Proven experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare vSphere, Nutanix or similar platforms
- Experience in hardware deployment and maintenance, including servers, storage, and network equipment. (HPE, Dell, Cisco).
- Good knowledge in Network protocols
- Good knowledge in Storage technologies (SAN, NFS)
- Strong problem-solving skills: troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution determination.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Experience with monitoring systems – Advantage
- Experience with scripting and automation processes – Advantage
