On this role as the BMC team member, you will work with the BMC Operations team on different projects. You will be responsible for assisting different projects associated with the team. Your focus will be working on the monthly leadership report, submitting invoice for payment in the Mercury tool, managing the BMC SharePoint page, submitting requests in the Fieldglass tool for hiring US BMC contractors and managing the PO creation.

As a team member, you will report into the GDS BMC Finance & Ops leader. You will be responsible for helping to manage all financial aspects of BMC programs together with the respective program and budget owner.

Your key responsibilities

  • Submit BRIDGE request for the BMC team.
  • Gignow Resource Management for the BMC team
  • Submit Invoices for payment in the Mercury tool and ensure that better tracking is being maintained.
  • Preparing monthly Leadership reports
  • Purchase order creation and tracking.
  • Promo goods order requests for US BMC communications team
  • SharePoint maintenance and page building

Stakeholder management and project handling:

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed virtual organization with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Be proactive, takes initiative, can multi-task and is a self-starter who can work with little direction.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication abilities and experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Good project management and change management skills.
  • Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex efforts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence.

Educational qualification

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree

Job qualification

  • Well-versed in Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Should have prior experience in managing operational activities, invoice management and Purchase order management.
