ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Data & Tools Specialist defines the data and tool landscape and roadmap for demand management & generation. In this role s/he will ensure that account and contact data meet high quality standards and existing and new tools meet the business requirements in accordance with global and regional guidelines. Additionally, s/he will define the campaign support services and processes based on this data and tool foundation and orchestrate service delivery.
The candidate should have an innovative mindset and be able to apply it to solving day-to-day problems in data and tool usage. A deep understanding of the end-to-end demand management & generation processes and tasks is required to be able to suggest process improvements and drive innovation.
EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration and alignment with the other team members, expectations and responsibilities will include to a varying degree:
- Defining the data & tool landscape and roadmap for demand management & generation
- 1st level tool and change management support via user and stakeholder communities
- Driving data and tool innovation aligned to business and compliance needs
- Project management of data, tool, and technology projects including planning, implementation, roll out, and adoption
- Driving continuous data quality improvement
- SPOC for 3rd party data, tool or service providers
- Driving standardization and continuous improvement of data and tool usage in Demand Management and Execution, for both self-service and central service delivery
- Design and orchestration of campaign support services by Digital Demand Associates (DDAs)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND BEHAVIOR
- Based in Barcelona, Spain (mandatory). Only candidates already located in Spain will be considered.
- Fluent in English (mandatory), any other EMEA language is a plus
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation or similar disciplines
- 2-3 years professional experience in B2B demand generation, sales, and/or sales operations
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and engagement tools (e.g. Modelyzr, Crystal Record, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Outreach) and understanding of end users’ needs & challenges
- Experience in tools & market analysis, driving enablement & adoption programs and/or project management
- Interest in data, tools, and new technologies
- Growth mindset: drive to learn and excel, curiosity, agility, execution driven, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Business acumen: networker, customer focus, excellent communicator with the ability to listen, identify and prioritize stakeholders’ needs.
