Job Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, analysis, and high-level design of partner data exchange product initiatives.
- Conduct formal and informal meetings with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Advocate for standards set by the Partner Channel Product Strategy and Standards lead.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and deliver partner data exchange initiatives.
- Drive timely delivery of initiatives, including testing plans and production validation.
- Resolve defects through prioritization and criticality assessment using metrics.
- Own the customer experience of Partner Data Exchange features.
- Provide executive updates on discovery initiatives, aligning with Partner Channel OKRs.
- Manage legacy Partner Data Exchange application and stabilization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, with a minimum of 3 years as a product manager in financial services technology.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and solving complex customer problems.
- Ability to think strategically and connect the dots to the bigger picture.
- Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in business analysis and requirements writing.
- Experience with agile product development and new product feature creation.
- Highly effective communicator with excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload according to business needs and industry trends.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Proven track record of managing a robust risk and controls environment.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience with partner ecosystems or data exchange platforms.
- Certification in Agile methodologies or product management.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field of study.
