Job responsibilities
- Lead discovery, analysis, and high-level design of partner data exchange initiatives with Chase, external partners, and vendors.
- Conduct meetings with key stakeholders and subject matter experts in both large group and one-on-one sessions.
- Advocate for standards set by the Partner Channel Product Strategy and Standards lead.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and deliver partner data exchange initiatives successfully.
- Drive timely delivery of initiatives, including ownership of testing plans and participation in User Acceptance testing and production validation.
- Manage defect resolution using analytic metrics and severity guidelines, ensuring timely resolution or risk acceptance while minimizing customer impact.
- Provide executive-level updates on key initiatives, articulating value and alignment with Partner Channel objectives and key results (OKRs).
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, including 3+ years as a product manager in financial services technology.
- Passionate about understanding customer needs and solving complex problems.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect details to the bigger picture for refining requirements.
- Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions with stakeholders across product, technology, and design.
- Expertise in business analysis, requirements writing, and agile product development with a strong delivery track record.
- Highly effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload based on business needs and industry trends, demonstrating problem-solving skills and calmness under pressure.
