The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.In this position, you will:* Serve as an event host and moderator for internal and external meetings, including webinars and teleconferences, such as All Hands Call, morning calls, etc.
* Coordinate event scheduling and planning details, including speaker availability, exhibit needs, and presentation materials (when applicable), and communicate updates with internal and external business partners.
* Initiate event planning outreach with business partners to verify participation and to launch planning timeline.
* Maintain online events calendar and share/manage updates or conflicts with partners.
* Assist in the management of the various team mailboxes, triaging and dispositioning emails received.
* Assist in the management of collateral particularly around managing expirations and required reviews.
* Assist in collateral submissions for legal and compliance approval.Preferred Skills:* Microsoft Office Suite expertise
* Experience using SharePoint
* Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Investment industry experience preferred
