You will report directly to our Senior Director of Communications, and you'llwork out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of ourcommunication efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engagingemployees and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teamsto gather information, develop key messages, and deliver communicationmaterials through various channels. Your strong writing and editing skills willbe crucial in creating compelling content for internal messages, presentations,and other communication materials. • Develop and implement global strategic communication plans to facilitate theAerospace Technologies business group.
• Create and deliver impactful communication materials to employees
• Engage stakeholders through effective communication strategies and channels
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop keymessages
• Write and edit internal, articles, presentations, and other communicationmaterials

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or a relatedfield
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement communication strategies
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field • Experience in the aerospace industry or a technical field
• Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong project management skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
