Key job responsibilities- ServiceNow Platform Management: Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Configuration & Development: Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third-party tools.- User Support & Training: Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize platform efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage reports and dashboards, providing insights on platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.Due to the need to access certain federal controlled information, you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.A day in the life
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role, managing ServiceNow modules and configuration.
- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
