Job Descriptions:
2. Deliver weekly recruitment status report and other reports on time and accurately
3. Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and standardize job description for all positions
4. Recommend changes by evaluating external market conditions and internal employee turnover trends
5. Manage and develop different channel for talent acquisition covering different level vacancies like campus recruitment, experienced hiring, mass recruitment, etc.
6. Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed
7. Meet KPI recruitment for this position.
Qualifications:
1. Science or Engineering Bachelor degree or above;
2. Over 5 years working experience in recruitment function, search firm background is preferred
3. Demonstrate experience understanding business requirements and priorities, design right hiring strategy/plan and execution in order to achieve company’s business objectives
4. Demonstrate experience working with internal partners, senior level managers and external vendors
5. Proficient in English
6. Highly initiative, hardworking, self-motivated, result orientated and team player
7. Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
8. Good command of Microsoft Office, be familiar with PeopleSoft system is preferred
