As an HR Director for Fire Americas in Building Automation (BA), you will havea transformative impact on our business. You will directly support the VP GM ofFire Americas and their directs for the largest P/L within the Fire GBE. You will drive transformation throughout thebusiness including creating and owning the HR strategy to enable growth, operationalefficiency, and unlock valuable insights for organization. Your strategic vision and guidance will shapethe development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, enabling usto attract, develop, and retain top talent. With your expertise in HR practicesand regulations, you will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives.Join us at Honeywell, a global technology leader committed to innovation andsustainability, and be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will report directly to our HR VP and you will work out of our Atlanta,Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule. As a keyleader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team byrecruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention andengagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. • Develop and execute HR strategies forthe commercial organization to support the Americas Leadership team.
• Partnerwith senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change, talentdevelopment, performance management, and employee engagement
• Oversee talent acquisition andretention efforts
• Ensure compliance with HR policies,procedures, and legal requirements
• Provide guidance and support to HRteam members on HR practices and regulations • 8+ years of experience in HR, with afocus on HR leadership roles in commercial organizations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies,procedures, and best practices
• Experience in driving employeeengagement and fostering a positive work culture
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborateeffectively
• Strong organizational andproblem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record in driving HRinitiatives and delivering measurable results
• Experience in talent acquisition andretention strategies
• Knowledge of HR regulations and legalrequirements
• Ability to navigate and interpret HRpolicies and procedures
