Job Description- In this position, the candidate will work on the Automated Reject Validation team which is responsible for development and execution.
- The Reject Validation development team's responsibilities include creating, integrating, and validating test modules into various test programs.
- The execution portion consists of reviewing fail signature, shmoos, and parametric data on rejects from qualification stresses and recommending the disposition of the failures.
- The specific goal of this position is to develop capabilities to send failing parts directly to physical failure analysis (DFA).
- This includes enabling DFA content, developing strategies to lead to higher success rates, and partnering with other organizations for improved Design for Test (DFT), content delivery, and capability standardization.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- The candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 2 years for MS, or 4 years for BS in these areas: VLSI, Test, Computer architecture, VLSI design, Fab process/Device physics
- Experience would be obtained through the relevancy of previous job.
