Job Description

Position Objectives

• Achieve HAC portfolio business goal by supporting product managers in the execution of marketing strategies through:
  • Owning and being responsible for end-to-end marketing campaign or product related projects.
  • External stakeholder engagements (including medical congress management) and internal cross functional team alignment.
  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure execution excellence.
• Achieves/exceeds the sales/marketing target in the assigned individual territory as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and executive product related campaigns/projects developed to deliver key messages to our customers, including HCPs and patients.
• Collect feedbacks from customers, analyze market data and synthesize insights to support developing product strategy.
• Manage local congress, speaker program, symposium, press conference or other events according to our company's legal and compliance guidance.
• Develop product materials, obtain approvals for distribution, and manage inventory. Educate HAC field force the purpose of the materials and conduct training to ensure the team can well leverage the materials to deliver product messages.
• Ensure effective communication with field force in product related matters to enhance execution excellence.
• Be part of the brand team, support the development of brand plan (profit plan) and other business review related materials as needed.
• Comply with our company's ethic and compliance standard in daily operations,

Position Requirements

• Education/Professional Certificate:Universitygraduate, preferably pharmacy,orpharma/businessrelated subject. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 1-3 years of field sales or marketing experience with managers’ recommendation.
• Professional knowledge and skill

PowerPoint& Excel.

*Proficient in English speaking and writing
