Support to execute improvement for operation and process for sales team with BPO team to improve our business and for customer satisfaction.
Execute all call off data from customers to be processed accurately and on time following policies and compliance. Report status and issue to account managers and team manager.
Execute sales operation tasks accurately and timely.
Respond timely and efficiently to all incoming inquiries and correspondence, both internal and external, relative to all accounts.
Keep relationships with relevant teams (ex. sales, SCM, finance, marketing and CTC) and customers to proceed our business smoothly.
Data coordination/ consolidation to support account managers for their sales activities

Profound understanding of Sporting goods industry and Wholesale / Retail math

Basic Credit/Accounting knowledge are preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business or equivalent
2 years of functional experiences in Sporting goods / Apparel industry
