- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- 2 years of experience performing copy and developmental edits for product documentation, online publishing, or technical blogging.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience writing for the web and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
