Qualifications
  • Over 8 years of software development experience utilizing C#, C++, or Java, coupled with a professional track record of implementing and supporting Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in Azure Machine Learning services, complemented by direct expertise in Azure AI services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administering Azure services and adept troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in developing and deploying solutions on Azure platform.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment and development tools such as CLI, PowerShell, Visual Studio, .NET, and JSON templates.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with technical communities through social media engagement and blogging.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with Azure developers and IT professionals within Azure communities such as Microsoft Q&A and Stack Overflow to enhance Azure documentation samples, address technical inquiries, and assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Develop quick-start and how-to guides to facilitate customer comprehension of intricate cloud scenarios.
  • Construct prototype tools and models for analyzing community data, aiming to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a vocal advocate for our customers, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action.
  • Provide timely, thorough, and customer-focused assistance to Azure customers and developers.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Azure product documentation, aiding customers in implementing solutions on Azure.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to address specific user-related issues and bugs.
  • Coordinate with other community engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality support standards.
  • Gain insights into how our customers utilize Azure services to inform business and development teams effectively.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of developing comprehensive knowledge about specific product lines and features.
  • Enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by actively seeking opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools.
