As the AME Lead Test Hardware Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design and development of test system hardware within the operations environments of the Integrated Supply chain. The position will develop hardware designs for real-time automated test system solutions that are used for printed wired assemblies or end product testing.
Responsibilities

• Lead test hardware development for new product introductions.
• Identify hardware in test system and design product interface fixture needed to fulfil product test requirements.
• Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas.
• Responsible to Design for Testability analysis.
• Responsible to setting up and maintain design environment for electronics.

​Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or in Science Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) & proven experience in development of automated test systems.
• Hardware design experience.

• Knowledge about Embedded systems, processors, CPLD, RF measurements, IC programming (Jlink, Segger), boundary scan.
• Overall knowledge about measurement devices (as example PXI racks, DAQ cards).
• Experience developing test system documentation deliverables such as detailed design documents, qualification protocols, user manuals, etc.
• Demonstrated program or project management skills.
• Lean and six sigma certification.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing automated test systems into manufacturing environment.
• National Instruments Labview and TestStand.
