• Campaign Development and Execution: Work with the WW Demand Team to build global integrated campaigns aligned to key sales plays and ensure effective localized rollout for key segments – including Commercial and Canada
• Demand Generation Strategy and Execution: Work in close partnership with Area Marketing Managers to define sales segment needs; lead and support the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, call scripts, paid media, digital, social, webinars, events and more
• Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content that supports demand generation efforts tailored to the target audience
• Collaboration and Communication: Works in close partnership with marketing and sales stakeholders to define sales segment needs and determine and execute solutions; communicate effectively with all levels of the organization providing regular updates on campaign performance and demand generation strategies
• Reporting: Leverage lead and marketing execution dashboards to analyze key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns efforts and make data-driven decisions; provide regular updates with strategic insights to management on agreed upon KPIs.
• Proactive & Results-oriented: demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive, think out of the box, and achieve results
• Experienced: prior campaign creation and execution experience and subject matter expert about leading trends in demand generation bringing new creative ideas for amplification and conversion
• Collaborative Mindset: ability to collaborate closely with field marketing, sales, product marketing and operations to develop high-impact campaigns with meaningful touchpoints to our key buyer personas
• Communication Skills: excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key marketing and sales stakeholders
• Project Management: excellent project management and organizational skills; the ability to manage the planning and execution of multiple campaigns, managing deadlines and providing timely reporting
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and make date-driven decisions to optimize demand generation efforts
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years experience in B2B Demand Gen
• Proven track record of successful demand gen campaigns, lead conversion, pipeline creation
• Experience in marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Location: Boulder, CO (THRIVE together - work in office 2 days per week minimum)
