The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute the marketing strategy for Joule, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation in the AI assistant landscape.

  • Craft compelling messaging and storytelling to communicate Joule’s value to enterprise customers, technical buyers, and business leaders.

  • Develop high-quality demonstrations that showcase Joule’s capabilities across SAP solutions, ensuring strong narratives for marketing moments, events, and press engagements.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across SAP’s marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to Joule’s positioning and customer engagement.

  • Orchestrate go-to-market plans for Joule, ensuring strong alignment across digital marketing, content, field enablement, and demand generation efforts.

  • Track AI market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategy.

  • Engage with customers, analysts, and industry influencers to establish SAP’s thought leadership in AI-powered enterprise productivity.

  • Drive product marketing excellence by aligning Joule’s messaging with SAP’s broader Business AI strategy and ensuring its successful integration across SAP’s ecosystem

  • Drive thought leadership efforts by creating and amplifying content such as blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, and executive presentations, as well as identifying opportunities for speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events.

Experience & Skills:

  • Clear understanding of tech-driven business solutions, particularly AI assistants and enterprise AI adoption trends.

  • Experience leading B2B product marketing for AI-powered or cloud-based solutions, focusing on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives for business leaders and technical decision-makers.

  • Storytelling expertise, with a track record of creating high-impact content, keynote presentations, and engaging demo experiences.

  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and drive adoption.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer insights, market trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Experience supporting launches, enablement strategies, and AI-focused campaigns.

  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts, making tech innovations accessible and actionable for diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in AI, enterprise software, or cloud technology.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

  • Experience with AI-driven products and the SaaS landscape.
